Dr. Wright-Galloway is a healthcare leader, educator, and military veteran with over 20 years of experience in healthcare administration, leadership, and workforce development. She served in various nursing roles within the Departments of the Navy and the Army, gaining expertise in patient care, crisis management, and operational efficiency.
She is an Assistant Professor of Business at Benedict College, where she teaches Business Management and Leadership. She also chairs DBA and PhD students at Liberty University, specializing in Healthcare Organizational Leadership. A Harvard Business School-certified instructor in Teaching with Cases, she emphasizes practical, real-world problem-solving in education and research.
Dr. Wright-Galloway is a certified LSSGB who serves as the lead/key researcher on business continuity, crisis response, and workforce resilience initiatives at Benedict College. During her tenure as CFA Liaison 2024, Benedict College received national recognition as "School of the Year 2024-2025," and Benedict College CFA Ambassadors was the first MBA scholarship recipient.
