be held during September 08-10, 2025, in Dubai, UAE. The three-days conference will bring together leading scientists,
researchers, and professionals from various fields of Nursing and HealthCare,
to share their latest findings, exchange ideas, and foster collaborations.
The main goal of the conference is to showcase the
advances and challenges in Nursing and HealthCare, in areas such as HealthCare,

Dr. Adrian Rolle
Chair, Bethune-Cookman University

Dr. Rolle is a dedicated nurse educator, passionate about advancing health equity and addressing the critical factors that influence well-being. With a deep commitment to understanding and mitigating the impact of structural and social determinants of health, he strives to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and communities.
Dr. Rolle's journey in nursing began with a desire to provide compassionate care to the most marginalized communities. Over the years, this passion evolved into a broader mission to tackle the systemic issues that contribute to health disparities. Through his work, he has seen firsthand how social and structural factors can profoundly affect health outcomes, and is dedicated to being a voice for change.
Dr. Sven Jansen
CEO Neo Q
Germany
Dr. Sven Jansen, CEO Neo Q, has a Ph.D. in biochemistry/molecular medicine from Harvard Medical School and the University of Bremen. He has over 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry with different C-Level positions in international strategic consultancies like Booz Allen Hamilton and boozCco in Dubai and Boston and global healthcare companies like GE Healthcare in Paris and Chicago as well as CSC/DXC Technology in Germany. In February 2025 he received the “Best use of AI in Healthcare of the Year”-Award during the MedTech World Conference in Dubai
Until April 2022, he had first been CEO and then Executive Board Member of the Munich- based NOVENTI Group. Within the NOVENTI Group, his responsibilities focused on new business innovation, consumer C retail health, health data analytics, digital transformation and sustainability. From mid-2022 he embodied the position of CEO of INNO3 in Leipzig, Germany before joining Neo Q in April of 2023.
Dr. Jansen is an author, keynote speaker and recipient of the LSC Leadership Award of the Vatican. His commitment to planetary health C sustainability is internationally recognized. Due to his scientific and professional career, his industry emphasis includes payer, provider, and public funds as well as life sciences, pharma, biotech/biosimilars and MedTech.
Mr. Brian Uridge
Director, University of Michigan

Brian currently serves as the Senior Director at the University of Michigan Department of Public Safety and Security and oversees Michigan Medicine Safety and Security. Brian is also a sworn police officer for the University. He manages over 300 public safety staff members for a system that has 40,000 employees that see over four Million patients a year.
Brian retired as the Assistant Chief of the Kalamazoo Department of Public Safety in Kalamazoo, Michigan after 23 years. He is the recipient of the Kalamazoo Public Safety Medal of Valor and Kalamazoo Public Safety Lifesaving award.
Brian holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and a Master’s degree in Public Administration. He is a graduate of the FBI National Academy, along with being a Board-Certified Protection Professional (CPP) Board-Certified Healthcare Protection Administrator (CHPA) and Board-Certified Threat Manager (CTM)
Prof. Kenneth R. Pelletier

Kenneth R. Pelletier, PhD, MD is a Clinical Professor of Medicine,
Department of Medicine; Department of Family and Community Medicine; and Department of Psychiatry at the University of California School of Medicine, San Francisco (UCSF). At the UCSF School of Medicine, he is Director of the Corporate Health Improvement Program (CHIP) which is a research program between CHIP and 15 of the Fortune 500 corporations including Apple, Cisco, American Airlines, IBM, Dow, Prudential, Cummins, Ford, NASA, and Pepsico. He also serves as a Vice President with American Specialty Health (ASH).

Mr. Angel Barbero

Audiology coordinator at AUDIOCENTER SPAIN Ángel Barbero began his training at the University of Alicante and in Alcalá de Henares (Madrid), complementing it with postgraduate courses at the University of Santiago de Compostela and the Complutense University of Madrid. He also graduated from the Escuela del Clot (Barcelona) and has participated as a speaker in numerous international conferences (Rio de Janeiro, Dubai, Santo Domingo, etc. in the last year). He is currently Coordinator of Audiology in Seville (Spain) where he resides and has numerous articles on audiology published in national and international health journals.

Chantil Wright Galloway

Dr. Wright-Galloway is a healthcare leader, educator, and military veteran with over 20 years of experience in healthcare administration, leadership, and workforce development. She served in various nursing roles within the Departments of the Navy and the Army, gaining expertise in patient care, crisis management, and operational efficiency.
She is an Assistant Professor of Business at Benedict College, where she teaches Business Management and Leadership. She also chairs DBA and PhD students at Liberty University, specializing in Healthcare Organizational Leadership. A Harvard Business School-certified instructor in Teaching with Cases, she emphasizes practical, real-world problem-solving in education and research.
Dr. Wright-Galloway is a certified LSSGB who serves as the lead/key researcher on business continuity, crisis response, and workforce resilience initiatives at Benedict College. During her tenure as CFA Liaison 2024, Benedict College received national recognition as "School of the Year 2024-2025," and Benedict College CFA Ambassadors was the first MBA scholarship recipient.
